About Our EXCO
The Executive Committee (EXCO) of ASPIRE Foundation comprises dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the effective implementation of our programmes and the achievement of our mission. Each member brings unique skills, expertise, and passion to their role.
Our EXCO members are responsible for strategic planning, programme oversight, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that every initiative aligns with our core values of Acquisition, Service, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

Mr Kasi Usani
Founder & Chairman / CEOKasi Usani (BEng, MSc, CEng) is the Founder and CEO of ASPIRE Educational Foundation. Kasi is a Chartered Engineer and Director and Principal Consultant for Komini Safety Solutions Ltd, a Safety Engineering & Risk Management Consultancy based in the UK and Nigeria.
Mr Eteng Oka Iwara
Executive DirectorMr. Eteng, O. Iwara holds a BSC in Geography & Planning and an MBA from the Universities of Jos and Calabar respectively. He has extensive experience in public sector planning, administration and economic policy development.
Mr Daniel Gbobi
Director – Stakeholder EngagementDaniel Gbobi is a dedicated professional with a strong background in public service, administration, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Toasters Delight catering services in 1999 and has held significant roles in public administration, including Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross River State.
Mr Godspower Usani
PR & Media ManagerGodspower Usani is a Nigerian Digital Media PR professional, entrepreneur, and brand strategist. He is the founder of WePlayVibes Digital and CEO of MobileTap, a fintech-powered digital services platform across Nigeria.
Ms Usua Ubangha
Assistant DirectorMs Usua Ubangha holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Calabar and a PGDE from the University of Port Harcourt. She worked as a secondary school teacher for 10 years before transferring to the Cross River State Ministry of Mineral Resources as a geologist.
Mr Tity Ikpi Okon
Event CoordinatorTity Ikpi Okon is a business owner and contractor in the building industry. He holds a BSc in Marketing from the University of Calabar and is a community youth leader and former General President of the Ugep Youth Association.
