Empowering Through Education
We have a number of programmes and events which are aimed at supporting and inspiring our beneficiaries to achieve their aspirations, and hence fulfill our mission. Our programmes and events are not only for our cohorts of beneficiaries, but cover every person within the target demographic in the three categories that we support.
Our three main categories include: Secondary school students, Tertiary institution students/young graduates, and Vocation education trainees.
The Enhance Programme
Our Enhance Programme is a series of seminars, talks and targeted role play activities, such as mock interviews and competency assessments, for young graduates and undergraduates, aimed at developing their professional and entrepreneurial competencies and soft skills.
These events and activities also provide an opportunity for the beneficiaries to network with industry experts and experienced professionals in various fields, to help them gain insights into the real world of work/business as well as facilitate potential career decisions and/or job placement.

The Nu-Gen Programme
Our Nu-Gen Programme for secondary schools is aimed at improving the post-curricular abilities of the participating students, with the aim of complementing their academic curriculum through exposure to real life/practical situations and environments, thereby ensuring a well-rounded education.
Our activities include:
- Quiz competitions among secondary schools
- Debates and Essay-writing competitions
- Dedicated coaching in public speaking and essay writing
- Excursion trips to nature, historical sites, and museums
- Industrial establishment visits
- Guidance and counselling sessions
We also conduct guidance and counselling sessions for our selected ASPIRE beneficiaries, with the intention of not only guiding them in their academic careers but also shaping and building their value system in accordance with the ASPIRE core values.

Vocational Training Programme
At ASPIRE Foundation we believe strongly that vocational education is the bedrock of the Real Economy of any nation and is the surest route to gainful (self) employment. Moreover, vocational careers are the ones least likely to be affected by the emerging AI-driven technological trends that could likely result in the loss of relevance of many traditional professional disciplines in the not too distant future.
Therefore, we actively encourage our beneficiaries and participating youths to pursue vocational disciplines/careers, whilst continuing to support their development in the traditional professional disciplines.
Our vocational training programme covers both secondary school leavers and recent university graduates who are inclined towards pursuing vocational careers. We select suitable and willing beneficiaries and place them with the appropriate Tradesmen and industrial partners to undertake apprenticeships.
Our first cohort of vocational trainees are at various stages of completion of their training programmes, with each programme concluding upon the attainment of the relevant Trade Test certificate by the trainee.
